Kasvuhoone: The Largest Nordic Hub for Tech and Creativity Coming to Tallinn

Taavet Hinrikus and Sten Tamkivi are launching Kasvuhoone (“growth house”) — a 15,000 m² hub in Tallinn’s Krulli neighborhood that will become the largest Nordic hub for tech and creativity. The goal: bring together 100 companies and 1,000 people to grow Estonia’s GDP and strengthen Europe’s role in global innovation.

Kasvuhoone will host startups, creative studios, open workspaces, and vibrant public areas with food, culture, and community initiatives. Its anchor will be the Norrsken Accelerator, a globally renowned program investing in impact-driven European startups.

“Europe has the talent and markets to build a better future. With Kasvuhoone, we want to create an ecosystem that helps founders grow in an open, collaborative environment,” says Hinrikus.

Designed by Cobe Architects together with KOKO Architects, Kasvuhoone will turn the historic Krulli factory into a future-shaping hub where startups and creative industries meet.
